Our plant based menu plan helps you navigate eating more plant based foods in a healthy way. The menu plan can be used to help you eat a fully plant based diet or to just include more plant based meals in your diet. There's no right or wrong way.
The plan includes 4 weeks of breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. They're not all vegan as a plant based diet can include eggs and dairy occasionally however, they could easily be adapted to be vegan. They're all gluten free.
